The Nourish Story

Nourish was born out of a passion for cooking and a dream to connect with people in my community through food. The name is very symbolic of the brand and the food. Nourish’s foundation is built on wanting to show others love through simple, local, and delicious food.

Over the past 12 years, I have spent many Saturdays and Sundays reading cooking books, watching cooking shows and of course, cooking for family and friends. Along the way, frittatas and stratas became a staple in our household and would be an easy, delicious and nutritious way for my family to have a meal. So in 2022, I decided to share my passion and fulfill a dream by registering at the Westerville Farmers Market. It has been so rewarding and fulfilling. However the story and adventure have just begun as we look to share many more dishes with all of you, stay tuned!
